Our Story
Kaylene always knew she would follow in her mother’s footsteps and become a teacher. However, she recognised how the mainstream school system often failed to meet the needs of many students, with large classes, high pressure, a lack of personal attention, bullying and the list continues. Determined to create a solution, Kaylene realised she could make a more meaningful impact by establishing her own education centre, designed to address these challenges head-on.
Ed-You-Zone was founded in 2014, initially offering homework supervision, study skills and tutoring. By 2018, the centre expanded to provide homeschooling support, fulfilling her vision of a safe, nurturing space where students of all abilities and learning needs could thrive. Ed-You-Zone became a place where students could grow in confidence, rediscover the joy of learning, and build essential skills in a supportive environment.
As Ed-You-Zone continued to grow, Kaylene expanded her team of dedicated teachers and invested in a new property to accommodate more students. Today, her vision is a reality: Ed-You-Zone stands as a haven for individualised and holistic learning, where each student’s potential is nurtured, their physical and mental well-being prioritised and their educational journey is both rewarding and transformative.

What makes us different?
At Ed-You-Zone homeschooling, we provide a structured, organised environment where students can thrive both academically and personally. Unlike many other centers, we group students by grade level, ensuring that each student receives targeted instruction tailored to their specific academic stage. Our structured lessons, led by qualified and dedicated teachers, are designed to support each student’s unique learning journey and foster a deeper understanding of core subjects.
Beyond academics, we place a strong emphasis on students’ mental and emotional well-being. We believe that a supportive and balanced environment is essential for true learning and growth. By creating a space where students feel safe, valued and encouraged, we prioritise their overall well-being and self-confidence, knowing that this is foundational to their success.
