Structured homeschooling

We provide a supportive and structured educational homeschooling experience for students from Grades 8 to 12, designed especially for those who may have found traditional schooling challenging. Our small classes, capped at 10 to 12 students, ensure individualised attention from qualified teachers who are dedicated to fostering each child’s potential. Lessons are structured and engaging, while time management and study skills are seamlessly incorporated to build essential life tools.

Students benefit from a calm, organised and nurturing environment where open communication with parents is a priority. As a safe haven, Ed-You-Zone offers a fresh start for children dealing with ADHD, ADD, anxiety, depression or bullying. We create a space free from distractions by collecting all cellphones at the start of the day, enabling students to focus and thrive.

Beyond academics, we emphasise connection and joy through fun days, team-building activities and special events like the Matric Dance. Our students write IEB matric exams through Mindscape Education, setting them on a path to academic success. At Ed-You-Zone, your child will not only achieve their academic goals but also rediscover their confidence and sense of belonging in a centre that really cares.

Friday is a work from home day, to promote work-life balance

Homework supervision from 13:30 – 14:30 at no additional charge

One-on-one tutoring

One-on-one tutoring is focused on providing students with focused, personalised support in their academic journey. Our experienced and knowledgeable teachers tailor each lesson to meet the individual needs of the student, ensuring they gain a deeper understanding of their subjects and build confidence in their abilities.

Tutoring sessions are conducted at our centre, creating a calm and structured environment that fosters learning and growth. We cater to a wide range of subjects and grades, ensuring that whether your child needs help mastering core concepts or preparing for exams, they receive the guidance they need to succeed. This dedicated approach helps students overcome challenges, improve their performance, and feel empowered to reach their full potential.

Homework Supervision

Our Homework Supervision program is designed to take the stress out of after-school hours for both parents and students. If you’re tired of homework battles or simply don’t have the time or energy after a long day, we’re here to help.

Our experienced teacher ensures homework is completed in an organised and supportive environment, with a focus on improving academic performance. We also provide extra assistance with speeches, projects and basic study skills, giving your child the tools they need to excel.

Set in a warm, homely atmosphere, our center includes a large garden and outdoor seating, allowing students to take breaks, play and recharge. Whether your child needs revision, additional support or a calm space to work, Ed-You-Zone’s Homework Supervision program offers a balance of structure and care, helping students stay on track while giving parents much-needed peace of mind.
